Murphy!

you just got to love murphy and his wonderful laws.  Sometimes I wonder though.


The other day I had tons and tons of things to do. Then I was adding things too. Why? Because I am nuts I guess.

Anyway I had to stop at bank, wal mart and post office shouldn't take to long right. No way.  I had to have all this stuff done by noon so I could get daddy wolf to his doctor appointment. Well I then decide I would do this and that before I left the house I thought it shouldn't take to long they were fast trips.  Wrong!

Murphy was out playing his wonderful games with me.   Usually when I go to our bank its fast not the other day.. There was one man in front of me and 5 tellers helping him.  He was asking them everything from when will the sun shine again and then they would google it. Ok maybe that isn't what he was asking but it seem like it. I stood there for 15 minutes then I said can someone help me or do I need to come back. They said oh I am sorry she can you over here,  helped me out in 3 minutes. 

Then off to post office another fast trip. Mailing package out for Baby Wolf Daughter. Shouldn't take long right. Wrong. Murphy beat me again.   Went in they decide it was time to change workers so they had to close and reopen that took another  10 minutes.  Darn it.

Off to Wal mart another fast trip in for one thing and out. Wrong again Murphy was there too.
No one was open to check me out. Well I shouldn't say no one they had one lady and four people in front of me with basket full to the top. Darn it again.

Got out there and off to get Daddy Wolf late about 10 minutes but we made the appointment.

If I learn one thing off this. If I have places to go, go early and get them done because murphy might be there first.

So, cute.  Need a good laugh...

Subject: Dog For Sale DOG FOR SALE A guy is driving around the back woods of Montana and he sees a sign in front of a broken down shanty-style house: "Talking Dog For Sale" He rings the bell and the owner appears and tells him the dog is in the backyard. The guy goes into the backyard and sees a nice looking Labrador retriever sitting there. 'You talk?' he asks. 'Yep,' the Lab replies. After the guy recovers from the shock of hearing a dog talk, he says 'So, what's your story?' The Lab looks up and says, 'Well, I discovered that I could talk when I was pretty young. I wanted to help the government, so I told the CIA. In no time at all they had me jetting fromcountry to country, sitting in rooms with spies and world leaders, because no one figured a dog would be eavesdropping.' 'I was one of their most valuable spies for eight years running... But the jetting around really tired me out, and I knew I wasn't getting any younger so I decided to settle down. I signed up for a job at the airport to do some undercover security, wandering near suspicious characters and listening in. I uncovered some incredible dealings and was awarded a batch of medals.' 'I got married, had a mess of puppies, and now I'm just retired.' The guy is amazed. He goes back in and asks the owner what he wants for the dog. 'Ten dollars,' the guy says. 'Ten dollars? This dog is amazing! Why on earth are you selling him so cheap?' 'Because he's a Bullshitter . He's never been out of the yard' ..........

Don't you ever wonder why?

Today got this phone call around 8 am from a girl I know..

I enjoy talking to other people and hearing about there family and what is going on with there life.
But, don't you wonder if some of it isn't true..

Today no matter what I said she done better or her kids did better. OK that is fine. 

But, sometime can't we do something good too. I don't get it. 

I know the Wolf Daughters don't go to public school but they are special too and do wonderful things too. 


I think it great people do different things but listen to me once too and say wow that is neat. No they never do its always we did this or I am worst off then you wow I just wish one time it would be nice and easy. 

But, I guess thats life and that is why God made all of us different so we do different things.
Thats the only way I can make out why this happens alot. I think its normal but you know some days its just harder then others days.

Now that I got that off my shoulders and done marching my band I can get back to school with the Wolf Daugthers.

The first day, God created the dog and said, "Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes in or walks past. For this, I will give you a life span of twenty years."

The dog said, "That's a long time to be barking. How about only ten years and I'll give you back the other ten?"
And God saw it was good.

... On the second day, God created the monkey and said, "Entertain people, do tricks, and make them laugh. For this, I'll give you a twenty-year life span."

The monkey said, "Monkey tricks for twenty years? That's a pretty long time to perform. How about I give you back ten like the dog did?"
And God, again saw it was good.

On the third day, God created the cow and said, "You must go into the field with the farmer all day long and suffer under the sun, have calves and give milk to support the farmer's family. For this, I will give you a life span of sixty years."

The cow said, "That's kind of a tough life you want me to live for sixty years. How about twenty and I'll give back the other forty?"
And God agreed it was good.

On the fourth day, God created humans and said, "Eat, sleep, play, marry and enjoy your life. For this, I'll give you twenty years."

But the human said, "Only twenty years? Could you possibly give me my twenty, the forty the cow gave back, the ten the monkey gave back, and the ten the dog gave back; that makes eighty, okay?"
"Okay," said God, "You asked for it."

So that is why for our first twenty years, we eat, sleep, play and enjoy ourselves.

For the next forty years, we slave in the sun to support our family.

For the next ten years, we do monkey tricks to entertain the grandchildren.

And for the last ten years, we sit on the front porch and bark at everyone.

Life has now been explained to you.

Need to change our whole cooking pattern here at Wolf Bay High!

Sometimes things in life turn and you have to go another way and down a different path.

We might not like it but it can't all be that bad.  Sometimes things change for a reason and at the time we don't understand it or see the reason but with in time the reason comes to us and we are happy we did the changes.

Daddy wolf has been have troubles with his hands since 2009 they would swell up and he would lose felling in them.

We went to 6 different doctors and er and no one knew nothing. The other night he came home and he had a nice cut on his hand and he didn't know it and his hands both were so swollen, it looked like  someone needed to take a pin and pop them. 

I got on the phone and talked to a doctors nurse that looks at hands and told her he needed to see someone we needed to get in now not two weeks. They worked us in. 

He was told he has carpal tunnel and gout.   Well with carpal tunnel it can be fix but they think what cause the carpal tunnel was the gout and swelling so we need to change what he eats.

I know gout patient can't have alot of red meat that is all I know now. So, I need to to do alot of research and change the way I cook we do eat alot of red meat here.  So, off to find different ways to cook.  

Anyone have any great ideas or recipes and would love to share I am would really enjoy it.

Wow does it ever end?

Sometimes it seems life is not fair.   But, you have a choice to sit back and let it get you down or stand up and fight.

I say fight that is what we need to  do here at Wolf Bay High there seems to be somethings we have no control of right now and we need to pray it all works out in the end.  

I use to sit and ask why but that never work.  Now I stand up fight hard.  Sometimes its hard to always fight and keep going but you have too. 

The other day there was  big rock in the middle of our path but we can't let that rock stop us. We have to keep moving even if it means pushing the rock out the way.  It might take more strength and time but I know we can do it.

I just hope we get that thing out of the way soon so we can get on. 

But, you know I been told so many times in life that God never gives you more then you can handle.  Sometimes I sit and ask why do you always give me so much.   Do you think I am strong?   Yea sometimes I am but sometimes I just want things to be easy. 

But, I guess thats not right to ask. That's not life.  Life is not easy there is always ups and downs sometimes more ups then downs or more downs then ups.

But, we have to keep one foot in front of the other and keep our heads high and be strong.

RV living!

For seven and half years we lived in a motorhome or RV we loved it. It was 40 foot long. 

I miss those days so much, told Daddy Wolf the other day don't you think its time to look for another one.  He laugh yea I think so he said.

We had so many happy times. One minute you were in this state the next you were out.  There is so much to see and learn on the road. 

Both Wolf Daughters home school the whole time and everyone we meet on the road were wonderful and caring. We could stop at land marks and when they found out we homeschool they would take the girls by the hand and take them behind the scenes and all over the place we all learn so much. 

Who said you only need books to learn with. You don't America is a beautiful country and there is so much to see and learn here.

Yea, RV living is not for ever one.  But, those that do it love it.  I meet alot of wonderful people. Some were older others were homeschooling like we were.
