Please! Don't leave us already.

Winter was short very short in the South this year.

Today they are saying 90 out. I was out trying to do some yard work and boy my brain got fried so fast it was hot out there.

What happen to Fall, Winter, then I thought Spring come.  No I don't want Summer. I like Summer but its so darn hot I want some cool days yet.

Well I guess we have to enjoy what we got and be happy with it.  Hope for a short Summer this year.

Don't Judge!

The other day on a website I go too they were talking about a little one who was almost taken by another person.

There were some judging like his parents taught him to do this and or do that when something like this  happen. And he didn't.

First of all you need to sit down and get the whole story.  There might be a reason he didn't do what he was taught.

Also we all seem to react or do things differently when we are in things that our out of our control.

I know when I was kidnapped I was told by so many people afterwards I should of done and this and I should of done that.  You don't need to tell me that. Because when it was all over with my mind was doing funny things.

If only you knew how many times I said I wonder if I did this or did that if things would of been different.

We don't need others telling us what we should of did or shouldn't of done. Until you walked in those shoes please don't tell them what they should of did and shouldn't of done.

Right now they need your support and help.  Not all the what you should of did and what you shouldn't of done.

We have to remember that everyone does things differently.

They need your love and support. Not things out of your mouth. Like I said before until you walked in these shoes, please don't judge.

So, you know the saying if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all.

Good Middle of the week Laugh!

A WOMAN'S WEEK AT THE GYMIf you read this without laughing out loud, there is something wrong with you. This is dedicated to everyone who ever attempted to get into a regular workout routine.

Dear Diary,
For my birthday this year, my husband purchased a week of personal training at the local health club.
Although I am still in great shape since being a high school football cheerleader 43 years ago, I decided it would be a good idea to go ahead and give it a try.
I called the club and made my reservations with a personal trainer named Christo, who identified himself as a 26-year-old aerobics instructor and model for athletic clothing and swim wear.
Friends seemed pleased with my enthusiasm to get started! The club encouraged me to keep a diary to chart my progress.
________________________________
MONDAY:
Started my day at 6:00 a.m. Tough to get out of bed, but found it was well worth it when I arrived at the health club to find Christo waiting for me. He is something of a Greek god-- with blond hair, dancing eyes, and a dazzling white smile. Woo Hoo!!
Christo gave me a tour and showed me the machines... I enjoyed watching the skillful way in which he conducted his aerobics class after my workout today. Very inspiring!
Christo was encouraging as I did my sit-ups, although my gut was already aching from holding it in the whole time he was around. This is going to be a FANTASTIC week!!
________________________________
TUESDAY:
I drank a whole pot of coffee, but I finally made it out the door. Christo made me lie on my back and push a heavy iron bar into the air then he put weights on it! My legs were a little wobbly on the treadmill, but I made the full mile. His rewarding smile made it all worthwhile. I feel GREAT! It's a whole new life for me.
_______________________________
WEDNESDAY:
The only way I can brush my teeth is by laying the toothbrush on the counter and moving my mouth back and forth over it. I believe I have a hernia in both pectorals. Driving was OK as long as I didn't try to steer or stop. I parked on top of a GEO in the club parking lot.
Christo was impatient with me, insisting that my screams bothered other club members.. His voice is a little too perky for that early in the morning and when he scolds, he gets this nasally whine that is VERY annoying.
My chest hurt when I got on the treadmill, so Christo put me on the stair monster. Why would anyone invent a machine to simulate an activity rendered obsolete by elevators? Christo told me it would help me get in shape and enjoy life. He said some other crap too.
_______________________________
THURSDAY:
Butt hole was waiting for me with his vampire-like teeth exposed as his thin, cruel lips were pulled back in a full snarl. I couldn't help being a half an hour late-- it took me that long to tie my shoes.
He took me to work out with dumbbells. When he was not looking, I ran and hid in the restroom. He sent some skinny witch to find me.
Then, as punishment, he put me on the rowing machine-- which I sank.
_________________________________
FRIDAY:
I hate that jackass Christo more than any human being has ever hated any other human being in the history of the world. Stupid, skinny, anemic, anorexic, little aerobic instructor. If there was a part of my body I could move without unbearable pain, I would beat him with it.
Christo wanted me to work on my triceps. I don't have any triceps! And if you don't want dents in the floor, don't hand me the darn barbells or anything that weighs more than a sandwich.
The treadmill flung me off and I landed on a health and nutrition teacher. Why couldn't it have been someone softer, like the drama coach or the choir director?
________________________________
SATURDAY:
Satan left a message on my answering machine in his grating, shrilly voice wondering why I did not show up today. Just hearing his voice made me want to smash the machine with my planner; however, I lacked the strength to even use the TV remote and ended up catching eleven straight hours of the Weather Channel..
________________________________
SUNDAY:
I'm having the Church van pick me up for services today so I can go and thank GOD that this week is over. I will also pray that next year my husband will choose a gift for me that is fun-- like a root canal or a hysterectomy. I still say if God had wanted me to bend over, he would have sprinkled the floor with diamonds!!!

we all don't have too!

I was ask a question today.   They ask me do your children like school and every subject.

I answered them truthfuly  NO...

Wolf Daughters each have a subject they like and subject they would love to throw the book right out the window and never see it again.

The lady looked at me and said wow, I thought it was only public school children that didn't like things.

I gave her a funny look and said no  Wolf Daughters are normal every day little girls. They have things they love and things they don't.  Just because they are homeschool doesn't mean they are different.

She then said what do you do if they don't like something.

I stated we make them do it.  Its part of life you have to do things you don't like.

She said oh wow I thought you just didn't do it.   Wow lady you are funny. No we do it. Both Wolf Daughters want to go to college in order to do that they have to know how to do things.

People aren't they funny.. Got to love it when you week starts out with funny people.

    Beach Day!

We decide to take the day and take the Wolf Daughters to the beach. It was a nice cool day and there wasn't much wind today.

Alot of people there it was full. But, we sat and watch the waves and people for awhile then went and walked the jetty's. They are so much fun. Usually alot of dolphins but none today, most of been sleeping or water is getting to warm they are farther out in the ocean.

Alot of people fishing. No one getting anything.  Don't think I would make a good fishermen.  Don't like to sit there and hold the rod and wait and wait for it could be hours for nothing.  Not my cup of tea.  But, I guess that is why there is tons and tons of things for people to do to keep us all busy and make us all happy.

We love sitting there and watching people.. Wow some people wear little to nothing. We were talking why are people nervous when they answer there doors in pj's they have more clothes on then half the people here at the beach.

Some people leave little to nothing to your imagation.. WOW!

    Happy Spring to you all.

Like the saying goes.. When times get tough, the tough get going.. so that is what we are doing.

We are hoping for a fast sale and new locate soon.

    Spring means busy!

Had a very busy day! Got alot done.

Daddy Wolf up and off to work.  Feeling ok.  Oldest Wolf Daughter off to college, youngest Wolf Daughter in school at home.   We went right at school this am and got done at a good time.

Then I went and painted spare bedroom a cream color. Looks great.  Both Wolf Daughters helped when they got done with there school.

Then we went and bath both dogs.

After that I took a shower and went to made supper. Made poor mans lobster,  steamed broccoli with cheese, rice and biscuits...  then clean up and now trying hard to stay awake so tired tonight.

This fresh air just keeps me going.

Do they know what they are doing?

You go to doctors to help you and you believe what they say or you kind of do.

But, I beginning to think they are like weather man and going to get it right every now and then.
Daddy Wolf says weather men have dart board throw the dart and where it lands is what the weather will be.

I am beginning to think the same thing about doctors.

We have been going and going to doctors for Daddy Wolfs health and the more we go too. The more we are unhappy with them.   They all seem to be giving us different answers.

We went to a doctor last Wednesday for Daddy Wolf and was told he had gout, but said no way did he have R/A  ok so then the other doctor that set us to see you for gout and another doctor for R/A was wrong he said yes I think so.  I said he is suppose to go to R/A on Monday should I go ahead and cancel it he said oh yes do it.  I think its a waste of time.

He then did more blood work on Daddy Wolf. But called today to say his blood work show he had something going on like R/A or some kind of arthritis what kind they don't know..

So, off we go to another doctor to see what he or she will tell us this time.

Wow, they wonder why people don't go to them...

I just hope and pray we get this all straight out so Daddy Wolf can be comfortable once again.

Made Green 7-up instead of beer can't have that here.  Everyone thought it was cute.

Went for a walk this afternoon. Pretty windy here but love it. Keeps the temps. cooler or makes it feel that way anyway.

    Warm already!

Is this someone telling us something. This weather has been so weird all winter long. Warm all over and cold at places that don't get cold.

Its suppose to get 90 today already. Wow!  Guess I will have to get out and get my work done before the sun really comes out and gets to hot.

I know the spring breakers will love this warm weather and sure glad its nice for them.

Need to get lesson plans for school done by Monday. Where did our week spring break go?
Lesson plans aren't to bad to do. Have mostly what I want to do laid out and ready just need to put them all in order and get them set on dates and find all the books I need to go with them.

Love this little clipping I got from a good friend about homeschooling.

    Testing done!

Testing is done now we are off to learn about Daddy Wolfs new disease that we will have to learn to deal with.

They ruled out R/A.  Said all the trouble was from untreated gout.  They put him on some meds. and told him come back in 4 weeks.

So, today, yea I know its Spring break but as soon as we get the yard mowed we are going to do some research on gout and what we have to do to help Daddy Wolf learn  to live with little to no more pain.

We are here for him through thick and thin.

    Wednesday, March 14, 2012

Another day of doctors and testing!

We are off to see the ....  oh no not the wizard I wish.  But, more doctors we are.

Need to find out what is going on with Daddy Wolf.

We are on spring break here was going to do some fun things with the Wolf Daughters and all we done is visit doctor and learn how to be patient while they took there time. LOL

I hope today to walk out with some answer and something to help Daddy Wolf.  Didn't let him go to work today he looks bad and just can't close hands or anything. Body full of rashes.

    What can it be?

    Tuesday, March 13, 2012

    Rheumatoid Arthritis and Gout! Wow!

Daddy Wolf has been fighting with some bad pains for along time. We have gone to several doctors and finally found one that we loved but then he said he did all he can now we need to go and find a doctor that will help with his Rheumatoid Arthritis. (Not easy to find one).

His hands have been so swollen and he's been in alot of pain.  I hope today to find someone to help him and give him some needed relief.

He also needs to find another line of work something that he is not using his hands so much or at least pounding them.

The poor guy is so upset so much has changed in his life this last few months its alot to take in all at once.

He has tons of support and we will be there for him. It seems like every since he had cancer in 1990 we have been fighting his health all the time.

I just wish we all could have a break and say we had enough.

    Monday, March 12, 2012

My clock is mess up a little.

My Wolf Clock is mess up big time. Wow this changing clocks sure mess with me this time. Don't know if its my age or just my body don't want to change.

I am so tired during the day time. Have a very hard time staying awake. Then when its time for me to go to bed I am ready. Can't wait to go to sleep. The minute the light goes off I am wide away and lay there for hours and hours.

Then I finally fall asleep the alarm goes off time to get up and get daddy wolf off to work. Guess what I am not ready to get up and go no way I want to sleep.  I lay there for a few mintues then I say ok I am going to take a nap or go to bed early.  Nope that don't happen.

I go try and take a nap and do the same thing happens I become wide awake once again.

I don't know is its just my time clock changing or what.

I enjoy reading so I read till I am tired and think I will sleep but don't.

I know with time I will get this clock on the right path again.

    Sunday, March 11, 2012

I hope everyone remember to set Spring Forward.   I know its a hour we don't have anymore.  But, we have to do it or we will be behind everyone for six months.

Spring is a beautiful time of the year. Everything is coming back to life.  Trees are getting new buds to grow new bright green leaves.  The flowers are budding once again. Oh the great smell they put off when they open during the day time for us to enjoy them.
The grass is so bright green color.  The color reminds me  of a bright Green Easter grass.

All the wonderful gentle sound of rain on the roof tops...

    Oh the joys of Spring....

Hope you all Spring Foward and are ready for some  Spring time fun.

    Painting

Well the skies decide to open up and give us some much need rain.

I know spring break has started and no one is happy for the rain.  But, its only suppose to be for two days then back up in the 80s with tons of sun. Still plenty of time for the spring breakers to have tons of fun.

I decide to start my spring break with painting the trim in our bathroom and our upstairs master bathroom.  Daddy Wolf and youngest Wolf Daughter did the new floor a week ago so I decide I would paint the trim and fresh things up.  Wow what a coat of paint will do to a room.
Wish I had more enegry or knew someone who like to paint would have the whole house paint. But, that would cost me a arm and leg.  Oh well maybe a little at time.

Need to take one step at time and count the blessing we have and go from there.

    Thursday, March 8, 2012

    It goes fast!

I have been told so many times by other adults that they couldn't home school there  children.

One they said they couldn't stand being with them 24/7, they would drive each other nuts.

Wow that blow me away.  I love being with Wolf Daughters they are alot of fun. We  learn together, laugh together and cry together.

Second, they said  thats a long time to be with them 12 years.  Well you know what it's not 12 years goes fast I mean really fast.

I am on my last year of homeschooling the Wolf Daughters and I can't believe its almost done. I think where did the time go.

No it can't be time for them to go off to College we just got started homeschooling.

I say cherish those bundle of joys and enjoy every minute you have with them because time sure does go by fast.

You blink your eye and they are opening the door to leave and start there life.

    Why do I homeschool?

This question came to my attention the other day.  Why do I homeschool?

Well there are many reason why I homeschool:

1.)  Because I love my girls so much and wanted to be with them and watch them grow into sweet young ladies.

2.)  Because Daddy Wolf was traveling alot for his job and we wanted to stay as a family and not pull the Wolf Daughters out of school every 6 months and put them in another new school for 6 months.

3.)   Because I didn't like all the bully and things that were going on in public school.   It never change when I was in school. I was bully so bad in school it still hurts me to this day.

    4.)  Because I can...

I know there tons more and we all have our reasons.  I think its wonderful no matter what your reasons are.   Homeschooling is not for everyone, like public school is not for everyone.

I do think homeschooler have to take alot from the public though.  I don't understand why. They are not strange kids they are wonderful kids. Yes, there are some who rock the boat, but don't that happen in public school too.

Well like I tell everyone it takes alot of different people to make this world turn around and there are tons of different things for people to do to help keep this world turning.

I know sometimes we don't agree with others, but that is why there are many things for us to do. If you don't agree with something you walk away and do something you agree with.

    Tuesday, March 6, 2012

    Sometimes you sit and wonder!

People I think sometime like to see how much you are on your toes and see how high you can jump.

I don't understand where they are coming from sometimes and they more then likely don't understand where I am coming from.

Like when I called today to get daddy wolf into a doctor for some test he had done. They told me I had to jump this hoop then that hoop then he had to be there 1 hour before he was to see the doctor for what?
She said to fill out paper work. I said don't take that long.  He is a working man and has a family to support.  Its hard to get off and sit and do nothing. She said I understand ya.  But, most bosses understand when it comes to doctor. I said wow where do you live.? She laugh, she then said my boss understand yes I am sure he would he's a doctor.

So, anyway we are working on finding a doctor that daddy wolf wouldn't have to take so much time off.   I can understand if things need to be done but they are done like blood work all that, this is just to talk to some doctor and tell him what path he needs to follow.

I know we will get through this might take some time.

    What a wonderful spring day!

What a wonderful spring day it is in South Texas this Sunday Morning.  I know we don't have many left before it will be so hot we can't stand it.

Maybe I need to get daddy wolf moving this morning and make a trip to the beach to see if the dolphins are out playing this morning. They are so much fun to watch.

Daddy Wolf and Wolf Daughters put new flooring in the both upstairs bathroom yesterday.  Wolf Daughters said it was alot of work.. I then said school never ends they said what? I said just look all you learn today.  How to measure and cut with special tools to lay floors.   How to lay the floor.
How to take the toilet off and do the plumbing by putting it back together again.

Both floors look great.   I know we will enjoy them both.

    Where is spring?

Last two days its been hot and humid in South Texas today was suppose to get in the 90s.

What happen to spring time?  I didn't think we went from mild winter to summer. Guess I was wrong.. What do I know what mother nature has in store for us.

I just wish it wouldn't get so hot so soon.. I love spring time its so pretty everything is blooming, pretty rainbow colors from all the wonderful flowers, the grass is a bright Easter color green.

Its not to hot to be at beach or outside BBQ...

But, theres nothing we can really do about it. Complaining wouldn't help. Just take it as we get it.

The weather has been different all over the place..

    Should you judge?

Had a nice long talk with both Wolf Daughters today at lunch.

We were talking about how people judge people..

Yes, you should never judge a book by its cover.   Because once you open that book there could be  a wonderful flower in there with a heart as big as Texas.

But, thats not the American way.   The American way is to judge and never think twice.

Well I have been the person who always helps the under dog or feels sorry for the one no one else like.  Why is that?  I think its because I been judge so much in my life. Public school was a night mare for me. I cried almost every night wishes I never had to step foot back in that place ever again.  But, I had to go and had to be picked on all the time.

You know they say if someone calls you something long enough you begin to believe it. Well I was that person. By, the time I finished high school I thought there was no hope for me.

So, now when I see someone sitting alone or doesn't look like the Mr. or Mrs. Perfect I go to them talk to them and see how there day is going.

Like I told the Wolf Daughters if there were two people walking down the street. One thin as rail the other fat who would most people stop to talk too.

Yep you guess it the skinny one. Why that is way we are train. TV, books, radio thats all they talk about it is how skinny or pretty this one looks.

Well you know what the skinny one is more then likely the unfriendly one. The fat one is more then likely the most friendly one and would do anything for you.

I think we need to change our way of thinking and treat everyone the same.

We all were put on this earth by one person and he is the only one who should Judge..

Will that happen NO  it wouldn't.  There is still tons and tons of bully going on.  Its not just in public school its adults too.

We all need to stop and think we all were put here on this earth for a reason. We all deserve to be treated the same way.  So, what we don't live in fancy house, or drive fancy cars. Or wear those fancy clothes  we are still people too and we do have feelings.

Next time you are out and about think about this and when you see a person who looks all alone stop and talk to them.. Tell them to have a wonderful day.

You wouldn't believe how much you just made that person feel great and yourself.
