Pork Chops with Beer Gravy!

This recipes always goes over well in our house.  Everytime I make it there is never a left overs.

Its very easy to make.


Brown 6 pork chops in olive oil ( 1 tablespoon) until done.
Drizzle more olive oil into pan until almost done then add 1 med. onion saute unil done.
When done sprinkle  1 to 2 round tablespoons of flour. Mix in together good.
Then add one bottle of beer any flavor you all enjoy. Cook until reduced by half about one to two minutes more then wisk in 1/2 cups chicken stock.
Let cook 2 more mintues then remove from heat season with pepper and pour over pork chops.


Hint 1:  those of you who don't care for alcohol you can use non alcohol beer this is mostly for flavor.







Hint 2:  if you want thicker gravy add more flour and mix well.
